- Support structural evaluations via field inspections, condition reviews, and analysis of construction records
- Assist in coordinating project activities to ensure timely and successful outcomes
- Communicate effectively with clients, builders, and other consultants to maintain project alignment
- Produce technical reports, construction drawings, and project bids
- Attend client meetings and industry gatherings with a focus on service excellence
- Contribute to the growth of junior staff through mentorship and internal knowledge exchange
- Perform additional duties as needed
