About the Role

The role involves managing end-to-end project delivery for property technology services, ensuring alignment with client requirements and timelines while serving as the main point of contact for Swedish-speaking stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Lead project planning and execution for PropTech solutions in the Thai market
  • Coordinate between technical teams, clients, and internal departments
  • Translate client needs from Sweden into actionable project plans
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
  • Facilitate regular progress updates and stakeholder meetings
  • Identify and mitigate project risks proactively
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and service agreements
  • Support client onboarding and transition phases
  • Document project workflows and process improvements
  • Manage change requests and scope adjustments
  • Maintain clear communication with Swedish-speaking clients
  • Track key performance indicators for project success
  • Collaborate with developers and designers on product features
  • Assist in defining project requirements and specifications
  • Oversee testing and quality assurance phases
  • Prepare reports for management and client review
  • Ensure data privacy and security protocols are followed
  • Work closely with sales during pre-contract stages
  • Gather client feedback for service enhancement
  • Train local teams on client-specific processes
  • Support post-implementation evaluations
  • Drive continuous improvement in project delivery
  • Act as primary liaison for client escalations
  • Maintain project documentation and archives
  • Adapt methodologies to fit client and project needs
