We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team in the Proptech industry. This role involves managing communication between clients and production teams, meeting project timelines, and maintaining high-quality deliverables to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, adept at managing multiple projects, and possess a proactive, "can-do" attitude.
This position suits Swedish candidates based in Bangkok or open to relocating to Bangkok.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and production teams, ensuring smooth communication and alignment on project details and processes.
Overall responsibility for projects, including ensuring timelines are met, deliveries maintain the right quality, managing customer feedback throughout the process, ensuring the production team has the necessary information, initiating projects with a review of all major and minor details, staying informed about all aspects of each project, and leading the work forward in the best possible way.
Organize, prioritize, and problem-solve effectively to keep projects moving efficiently.
For those with ambition, there is also an opportunity to take the role further towards full responsibility for the entire customer relationship and sales process beyond just the projects themselves.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business administration, or related fields.
Have at least 2 years of experience in Project management.
Proven experience in Project Management, with strong prioritization and time management skills.
Ability to balance attention to detail with seeing the bigger picture and strategically guide projects forward.
Highly organized with a can-do attitude and the ability to adapt to fast-paced environments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.
Detail-oriented, able to see the big picture and drive projects forward efficiently.
Preferred Skills/Experience in Sales, 3D Visualization Photography, Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Engineering, Graphic Design, or IT. (Beneficial but not required)
Bilingual, speaking in Swedish and English.
Open to relocation to work in Bangkok, Thailand.
