Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of port and maritime infrastructure projects, covering planning, design, construction support, and final completion
- Oversee project scope, schedule, budget, and performance outcomes on complex, multidisciplinary assignments
- Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, contractors, stakeholders, and internal engineering teams
- Coordinate specialists across marine, structural, coastal, civil, and port engineering disciplines to deliver unified project outcomes
- Develop and sustain strong relationships with port authorities, government bodies, and private clients
- Proactively identify, assess, and resolve project risks, interfaces, and delivery obstacles throughout all project phases
- Support the expansion of the Ports & Maritime practice in Melbourne and across Australia and New Zealand
