Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of projects focused on designing or deploying new operational methods and workflows
- Manage end-to-end project execution and coordinate with stakeholders, including senior leadership, support departments, and regional operations leads
- Develop standardized frameworks and methodologies to improve operational and financial performance
- Conduct cost evaluations to pinpoint low-margin offerings and analyze how top-performing units manage them
- Establish project management offices to support large-scale, long-term programs such as global KPI implementation
- Identify weaknesses in existing billing systems and collaborate with local teams to define optimal procedures and lead process changes
- Carry out productivity assessments and assist regional teams in prioritizing impactful performance enhancements
- Support local Business Controllers in adopting uniform management accounting models
Work Arrangement
Remote — Brussels

The PIP team operates from the Brussels corporate office and reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer for Food and Environment Testing.
