Responsibilities
- Oversee workforce planning, including staffing forecasts, recruitment coordination, and labor-related reporting.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain to manage vendor relationships, procurement spending, delivery timelines, and prevent production delays from component shortages.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of engineering, manufacturing, and testing systems such as JIRA, MRP, and Airtable, and ensure efficient use across the Omen team.
- Evaluate effective workflows and create standardized processes to improve team-wide consistency and performance.
- Support the creation and refinement of documented business practices and reporting standards.
