Responsibilities
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and risk assessments.
- Align project objectives with CSA’s strategic goals and client expectations.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across operations, procurement, finance, legal, and technology.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, suppliers, and logistics partners.
- Facilitate transparent communication and collaboration across all project stakeholders.
- Conduct regular project reviews and drive process improvements.
- Oversee the implementation and integration of technology solutions within logistics operations.
- Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain consistency and service quality.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in project management within the logistics or supply chain sector, ideally in a 4PL or digital freight environment.
- Proven experience managing RFI/RFQ processes and cross-functional project delivery.
- Strong understanding of procurement, contract management, and logistics operations.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, SaaS models, and SDLC processes.
- Knowledge of contract law and procurement frameworks.
- Background in freight forwarding or logistics technology platforms.
