Commodity Supplies is hiring a Project Manager

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and risk assessments.
  • Align project objectives with CSA’s strategic goals and client expectations.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across operations, procurement, finance, legal, and technology.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, suppliers, and logistics partners.
  • Facilitate transparent communication and collaboration across all project stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular project reviews and drive process improvements.
  • Oversee the implementation and integration of technology solutions within logistics operations.
  • Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain consistency and service quality.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in project management within the logistics or supply chain sector, ideally in a 4PL or digital freight environment.
  • Proven experience managing RFI/RFQ processes and cross-functional project delivery.
  • Strong understanding of procurement, contract management, and logistics operations.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms, SaaS models, and SDLC processes.
  • Knowledge of contract law and procurement frameworks.
  • Background in freight forwarding or logistics technology platforms.
