Requirements
- Proven track record leading substation and utility-focused projects, particularly within mission-critical or hyperscale environments.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and a driving record that meets company safety standards.
- Highly developed organizational and time management abilities, capable of balancing multiple tasks and delivering on schedule.
- Superior communication skills in both written and spoken forms, with demonstrated success interacting with project teams, field staff, and clients.
Nice to Have
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; prior use of job costing and estimating software is beneficial.
- Demonstrated initiative, adaptability, and a drive to expand skills and responsibilities in response to technical and operational growth.
