Requirements
- Proven background leading substation and utility projects, particularly within mission-critical or hyperscale environments.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and a satisfactory driving history.
- Capacity to travel and support long-term, on-location project work, including field-based substation assignments.
- Demonstrated organizational and time management abilities, with experience juggling multiple tasks and meeting strict deadlines.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of collaborating across teams, field crews, and clients.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications; experience with job costing and estimating tools is advantageous.
