Instructure is hiring a Project Manager - MEXICO ONLY

Responsibilities

  • Manage full lifecycle delivery of multiple simultaneous technology projects, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budgets, and defined scope within the Canvas LMS and related educational technology platforms.
  • Establish and maintain trusted client relationships through clear communication, proactive management of expectations, and effective handling of changes during project execution.
  • Coordinate with diverse teams such as Solutions Architecture, Engineering, UI/UX, QA, Customer Success, and Sales to meet complex project demands and guide key phases including User Acceptance Testing.
  • Design and apply strategies for risk reduction, progress monitoring, and accountability across all project stages.
  • Use enterprise systems like Salesforce, JIRA, Smartsheet, Confluence, and PSA tools to track project details, allocate resources, and generate executive-level reports.
  • Develop advanced knowledge of product offerings and advise clients strategically on custom development and service engagements.
