Responsibilities
- Lead project lifecycles from initial estimation through bidding, execution, and final closeout
- Manage electrical systems work including medium- and low-voltage installations, power distribution, equipment setup, and internal wiring integration
- Ensure all projects meet safety, schedule, budget, and quality requirements
- Supervise field supervisors, subcontractors, vendors, and internal project personnel
- Build and maintain effective relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Monitor and control project expenditures, financial forecasts, timelines, and performance indicators
- Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and field teams to ensure seamless project delivery
- Enforce a safety-first mindset across all project operations and team activities
- Direct project completion tasks, commissioning efforts, and handover procedures
