Michels Utility Services, Inc. is hiring a Project Manager – Industrial Electrical & Inside Wiring (Construction Electrical Division)

Responsibilities

  • Lead project lifecycles from initial estimation through bidding, execution, and final closeout
  • Manage electrical systems work including medium- and low-voltage installations, power distribution, equipment setup, and internal wiring integration
  • Ensure all projects meet safety, schedule, budget, and quality requirements
  • Supervise field supervisors, subcontractors, vendors, and internal project personnel
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with clients and key stakeholders
  • Monitor and control project expenditures, financial forecasts, timelines, and performance indicators
  • Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and field teams to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Enforce a safety-first mindset across all project operations and team activities
  • Direct project completion tasks, commissioning efforts, and handover procedures
