Responsibilities
- Oversee a segment of a large, intricate project or manage several medium-sized projects, each valued between $500K and $10M.
- Develop, lead, and synchronize project activities to achieve objectives within set timeframes and budget constraints, either directly or through subordinate supervisors.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management or civil engineering, with 5+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent blend of both.
- Proficiency in scheduling, estimating, and project controls software.
- Possession of a valid driver's license for applicable vehicles and a clean driving record.
