I KNOW HOW S.A is hiring a Project Manager (Healthcare)

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project lifecycle for healthcare initiatives, including hospital systems, digital health solutions, and regulatory programs.
• Serve as the main liaison between business units, such as clinical and operations teams, and technical delivery groups.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to establish project scope, goals, schedules, and expected outcomes.
• Oversee project plans, track risks and issues, manage dependencies, and escalate as necessary to maintain progress.
• Organize and lead workshops, steering committee sessions, and regular status meetings with clear progress reporting.
• Work closely with Business Analysts and technical staff to ensure project requirements are accurately defined and met.
• Track project performance using relevant methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, or blended approaches.
• Support organizational change and user adoption through training planning and communication strategies.
• Ensure adherence to healthcare industry regulations, data protection laws like GDPR, and quality benchmarks.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records, documentation, and reporting materials.
