About the Role
The Project Manager will oversee implementation and support projects for clients using Genesys solutions, coordinating between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met on schedule and within scope.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Genesys-related projects from initiation to closure
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project objectives
- Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables according to agreed schedules
- Act as the primary point of contact between client and internal teams
- Monitor project progress and proactively address risks and issues
- Ensure all project documentation is accurate and up to date
- Facilitate regular status meetings with stakeholders
- Translate client requirements into actionable technical plans
- Support change management processes during project execution
- Maintain clear communication with all project participants
- Ensure adherence to project governance and methodology standards
- Track and report on key performance indicators and milestones
- Manage scope changes and ensure proper approval workflows
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to validate deliverables
- Support post-implementation reviews and handover to operations
