The selected candidate will manage the full lifecycle of federal projects, from planning through execution and closeout, ensuring alignment with client requirements, regulatory standards, and performance goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead planning, execution, and delivery of federal government projects
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with federal regulations and reporting standards
- Develop and maintain project schedules and risk mitigation plans
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders and technical teams
- Prepare status reports and present updates to leadership
- Manage changes in project scope and adjust plans accordingly
- Oversee contract deliverables and ensure timely submissions
- Support proposal development for new federal opportunities
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records
- Identify and resolve issues impacting project success
- Ensure quality control across project activities
- Promote safety and regulatory adherence on all initiatives
- Utilize project management tools and software effectively
- Lead project kickoff and closeout meetings
- Coordinate with subcontractors and external partners
- Track key performance indicators and project metrics
- Support audits and compliance reviews as needed
- Foster teamwork and accountability across project teams
- Implement best practices in project delivery
- Manage stakeholder expectations throughout project lifecycle
