Responsibilities
- Lead project management commissions with full accountability for service delivery from initiation to completion.
- Ensure client goals are achieved by delivering projects on schedule, within budget, and meeting defined quality benchmarks.
- Assist in defining project success metrics, including timelines, costs, technical specifications, and performance outcomes.
- Identify health, safety, environmental, and quality concerns and communicate them to the relevant supervisor.
- Set up effective governance frameworks, workflows, and systems to guide project execution.
- Carry out comprehensive project planning, including the development of detailed project schedules.
- Apply in-depth understanding of construction-sector technical topics such as procurement methods, value engineering, and cost optimization.
- Oversee the management of project changes through a formal change control process.
- Track and provide guidance on financial aspects of the project, including budget performance.
- Facilitate the exchange of project information between project teams and clients via regular meetings and written updates.
- Produce official progress reports and other required project documentation.
- Ensure lessons learned and key project data are recorded in the company’s internal knowledge system.
- Support timely client billing and use financial management software to track project financial health.
- Propose improvements to internal processes and escalate suggestions to the appropriate manager.
- Take the lead in client and consultant interactions across all project phases.
- Comply with SOX-related control duties where applicable to the position.
- Follow company standards for Business Management Systems, including those related to health, safety, environment, and quality.
