ActioNet, Inc. is hiring a Project Manager (CONUS)

Responsibilities

  • Creates and manages the Integrated Master Schedule using Microsoft Project, monitoring key milestones, dependencies, and critical paths while identifying and addressing potential risks early.
  • Oversees technical execution throughout all stages of network modernization, including site assessments, legacy system enhancements, infrastructure improvements, integration, and transition activities, ensuring alignment with performance requirements for redundancy, wireless networking, VLANs, quality of service, and security.
  • Engages regularly with Air National Guard Communications Squadrons, government program offices, and subcontractors to ensure coordination, resolve challenges, and report on task order status.
  • Leads Integrated Product Team meetings, participates in change and production reviews, and delivers briefings and presentations to government leadership.
  • Implements risk mitigation strategies per Air Force Instruction 90-802, maintains a Quality Control Plan to uphold operational standards, and evaluates post-transition performance to ensure service level agreements are met and maintained.
  • Supports cybersecurity compliance by developing Risk Management Framework documentation, adhering to STIG and Department of Defense cybersecurity policies, and collaborating with government cybersecurity providers for monitoring, incident response, and vulnerability management.
  • Ensures timely submission of all Contract Data Requirements List deliverables, including SPRIP documentation, equipment lifecycle records, SLA reports, and monthly status updates, with accurate reporting on performance, risks, and mitigation efforts.

  • The position is expected to begin around February 2026.
  • Must adhere to security and contractual obligations throughout each task order lifecycle.
  • Accountable for compliance with technical, scheduling, security, and contractual requirements.
