Jobgether is hiring a Project Manager - Contract to lead the full lifecycle of software implementation projects for enterprise clients. You will act as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams, managing multiple high-impact projects in a dynamic, remote-first environment.
What You'll Do
- Manage end-to-end implementation projects for enterprise customers, ensuring all targets and requirements are met.
- Collaborate with customer business and IT teams to gather detailed requirements and produce functional specifications.
- Provide guidance and best practices for software utilization, including e-Discovery workflows and operational processes.
- Deliver software demonstrations, web-based and on-site training for clients, their partners, and outside counsel.
- Maintain ongoing communication with customers through project plans, status reports, and regular updates.
- Coordinate with internal technical teams to drive solutions, provide product feedback, and support strategic initiatives.
- Oversee all project resources, ensuring timely completion of tasks and adherence to project goals.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience managing SaaS enterprise software platform implementation projects.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, presentation skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze complex requirements and navigate between strategic objectives and operational details.
- Experience with project planning software and remote collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and flexible schedule to accommodate client time zones.
- Willingness and ability to travel 10-20% as needed.
