Jobgether is hiring a Project Manager - Contract to lead the full lifecycle of software implementation projects for enterprise clients. You will act as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams, managing multiple high-impact projects in a dynamic, remote-first environment.

What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end implementation projects for enterprise customers, ensuring all targets and requirements are met.
• Collaborate with customer business and IT teams to gather detailed requirements and produce functional specifications.
• Provide guidance and best practices for software utilization, including e-Discovery workflows and operational processes.
• Deliver software demonstrations, web-based and on-site training for clients, their partners, and outside counsel.
• Maintain ongoing communication with customers through project plans, status reports, and regular updates.
• Coordinate with internal technical teams to drive solutions, provide product feedback, and support strategic initiatives.
• Oversee all project resources, ensuring timely completion of tasks and adherence to project goals.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience managing SaaS enterprise software platform implementation projects.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, presentation skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to analyze complex requirements and navigate between strategic objectives and operational details.
• Experience with project planning software and remote collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and flexible schedule to accommodate client time zones.
• Willingness and ability to travel 10-20% as needed.

Nice to Have

• Strong understanding of corporate litigation, legal IT, or legal operations environments.
