Responsibilities
- Work closely with project teams to establish clear project requirements and objectives.
- Support negotiations with third-party vendors and service providers on contract terms.
- Help secure necessary permits and regulatory approvals from relevant authorities.
- Identify and allocate required resources such as personnel, machinery, and materials within budget limits.
- Assist in developing operational plans and timelines to ensure timely project delivery.
- Supervise team members and delegate tasks based on roles and expertise.
- Lead coordination between clients, contractors, and internal teams throughout project lifecycle.
- Monitor project milestones and generate comprehensive progress reports.
- Enforce compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards and escalate concerns when needed.
