American Structurepoint is hiring a Project Manager - Civil/Site - Indianapolis

Responsibilities

  • Exhibit full command of all Project Engineer duties and technical expectations.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, guiding teams on design limitations, engineering standards, and project-specific challenges.
  • Lead the development of civil and site designs, including grading, drainage, utilities, and stormwater systems.
  • Supervise quality assurance and quality control processes, delivering polished design packages for final approval.
  • Guide the permitting process by preparing submissions and coordinating with regulatory agencies.
  • Develop project timelines, deliverables, and key milestones to align with client and regulatory demands.
  • Oversee project scope, budget, and schedule, tracking progress toward defined goals.
  • Conduct weekly staffing evaluations and assign tasks to engineering staff and technicians.
  • Participate in public meetings, hearings, and coordination sessions as required.
  • Manage annual revenue of $500,000 to over $1 million across assigned projects.
  • Secure a minimum of $250,000 in annual revenue through project acquisition.
  • Handle financial aspects such as revenue tracking, invoicing, billing, and cost monitoring.
  • Work with leadership to manage accounts receivable and resolve billing concerns.
  • Serve as the main client contact, maintaining strong relationships and managing expectations.
  • Maintain clear communication with internal teams and external partners to ensure project alignment.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in collaboration with senior staff.
  • Represent the company professionally through client engagements and community involvement.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
