Sia Partners is hiring a Project Manager / Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle project delivery including scope, timeline, budget, risk, and governance
• Create and maintain project plans, risk and issue logs, strategic roadmaps, and executive-level progress reports
• Coordinate alignment among business units, IT teams, external vendors, and executive sponsors
• Lead workshops, steering committee meetings, and agile sprint events
• Identify potential risks early and lead resolution efforts
• Collect and formalize business requirements, user stories, and testing criteria
• Document current and future-state business processes and operational frameworks
• Uncover opportunities for process automation, system modernization, and performance gains
• Conduct gap assessments, root cause investigations, and cost-versus-benefit analyses
• Assist in evaluating vendors, drafting RFPs, and selecting appropriate technologies
• Work with stakeholders to find high-impact areas for AI and automation
• Define AI use cases and convert business problems into technology-driven solutions
• Assess AI platforms, copilot tools, and automation software based on business needs
• Support system adoption through testing coordination, training development, and change initiatives
• Stay informed on evolving AI capabilities and introduce innovative concepts to clients
• Collaborate with technical teams during implementation, integration, and validation phases
• Contribute to data reporting, dashboard creation, data integrity, and governance activities
• Convert business needs into actionable technical specifications
• Support system upgrades across cloud platforms, ERP, CRM, EAM, GIS, and related systems
• Build strong client relationships and serve as a trusted strategic advisor
• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions, workshops, and leadership meetings
• Produce client-facing materials such as business justifications, roadmaps, and strategic recommendations
• Assist in developing proposals, statements of work, and business development efforts
• Guide junior team members and contribute to internal knowledge sharing
