Resilient Co is hiring a Project Manager - BMS

Responsibilities

  • Lead initial project meetings and site planning discussions with on-site leadership and client representatives.
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of subcontracted firms involved in project execution.
  • Ensure project schedules align with client-defined deadlines, verifying milestones through material procurement, project phases, and delivery timelines.
  • Address and resolve field issues, attend client meetings, and communicate findings and updates to on-site staff.
  • Promote and facilitate the sale of service agreements and project expansions, suggesting enhancements for cost and process efficiency.
  • Track cost variances in installations, maintain oversight of workmanship quality, and manage overall project expenditures.
  • Provide weekly project updates including progress status, forecasted completion dates, and certified amounts in Navision.
  • Define accurate project timelines and material needs based on individual client specifications.
  • Procure required products, documentation, and resources according to the project plan established at launch.
  • Maintain continuous project tracking via digital platforms, ensuring alignment and communication across clients, sales, technical support, and site supervisors.
  • Compile and deliver final project documentation, including data, images, and technical details, sourced from site leadership.
  • Demonstrate capacity to manage up to eight concurrent projects or supervise teams of up to twenty individuals.
  • Evaluate performance of maintenance contracts and recommend optimization strategies.
  • Review input from sales teams on project outcomes to inform future improvements.
  • Ensure all operations meet ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 compliance standards.
