Responsibilities
- Lead the definition of CG project scope based on client requirements and creative breakdowns
- Develop and manage timelines, deliverable summaries, and task assignments across concurrent initiatives
- Maintain accurate project tracking systems and databases to ensure visibility into status, priorities, and dependencies
- Coordinate daily activities with CG artists, compositors, and other creative specialists
- Manage review cycles, version control, and approval processes for all project outputs
- Establish and update comprehensive asset inventories and delivery checklists to prevent oversights
- Serve as the main liaison for major automotive and powersports clients
- Facilitate and lead daily stand-ups, internal reviews, and client meetings, documenting key decisions and action items
- Provide structured and transparent progress reports to clients, producers, supervisors, and stakeholders
- Identify potential risks proactively, suggest mitigation strategies, and align teams on resolution paths
- Track actual time and expenses relative to initial estimates and bids
- Assist producers in refining project estimates and defining work scopes
- Oversee purchase orders, timesheets, and other administrative project tasks
- Ensure all critical project documentation is organized, accessible, and current
- Mentor junior project managers and coordinators involved in active projects
- Support the enhancement of tools, workflows, and reporting standards within the automotive sector
- Promote consistent application of best practices in planning, communication, and risk handling across the team
