Responsibilities
- Assess and improve AI-generated content covering project management methodologies, scheduling, risk analysis, stakeholder updates, and reporting
- Judge AI responses for factual correctness, real-world feasibility, and adherence to standard project management practices
- Develop authentic project management situations drawn from personal professional experience
- Generate alternative versions of scenarios from multiple viewpoints such as project lead, client, team member, or sponsor
- Detect missing elements, logical flaws, or insufficient reasoning in AI-produced project management material
Requirements
- Senior-level project manager with substantial professional background in the EU or UK
- Proven experience in guiding, creating, and implementing project plans while managing stakeholder expectations
- Able to assess project documents, methods, and alignment with industry best practices
- Capable of working autonomously and delivering organized, constructive critique
- Available 8–20 hours weekly with quick response time

What You Will Do
- Review and refine AI-generated outputs related to project management frameworks, timeline planning, risk assessment, stakeholder communication, and reporting
- Evaluate AI responses for accuracy, practicality, and compliance with real-world project management practices
- Draft realistic project management scenarios based on your direct professional experience
- Create scenario variations from different perspectives (e.g. project manager, client, team member, or sponsor)
- Identify gaps, oversights, or weak reasoning in AI-generated project management content
Who You Are
- A senior-level project manager with significant professional experience within the EU or UK
- Experienced in advising on, preparing, and executing project plans and managing stakeholder expectations
- Skilled at evaluating project documentation, methodologies, and compliance with best practices
- Comfortable working independently and providing structured, critical feedback
- Available for 8–20 hours per week, with prompt availability

- 2. AI Lab roles: For AI Lab roles, we scout, review, and approve profiles for access to future project opportunities. The missions listed for AI Lab roles are not traditional job openings. AI Lab work is often highly confidential as this exposes information of what an AI Lab is working on, and project requests are unpredictable. When an AI Lab request comes in, we often need to respond within 24 hours with suitable talent. Matching depends on the specific needs of each AI Lab project and your niche expertise. Once your profile is reviewed and approved, you may be matched to relevant AI Lab projects when suitable opportunities arise. This can happen within hours, but it may also take months, depending on the researchers at the AI labs and their project needs.
