Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of Live Casino initiatives by combining structured planning with adaptive execution methods.
- Balance detailed upfront planning with the ability to adjust quickly to changes, ensuring project goals are consistently met.
- Lead diverse teams through active involvement, fostering clear communication and alignment with key project milestones.
- Drive project progress under tight deadlines and high expectations for quality, without relying on traditional sprint cycles.
- Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, from start to completion, while staying flexible to shifting needs.
- Proactively detect potential risks and apply hybrid strategies to improve overall project success.
- Ensure all deliverables adhere to organizational values, policies, procedures, and performance metrics.
- Coordinate multi-track initiatives involving product development, design, business analysis, and engineering functions.
- Convert product ideas and design inputs into actionable plans, well-defined scope, and reliable delivery forecasts.
- Take full ownership of schedules, interdependencies, and risk factors, identifying obstacles early to prevent delays.
