Responsibilities
- Overseeing the delivery of project services to clients
- Aligning team resources to achieve project deadlines and utilization targets
- Exchanging clear, accurate communication with internal teams, clients, and third-party vendors
- Taking ownership of project success and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
- Applying established company project management methodologies
- Refining existing project methodologies when appropriate
- Developing new processes where gaps exist
- Ensuring all project team members use required systems and tools
- Coordinating and supervising all scheduled IT projects
- Managing projects related to enterprise IT solutions
- Overseeing onboarding processes for new clients
- Handling hardware configuration, deployment, and setup initiatives
- Managing coordination with external vendors
- Providing oversight for application development projects
- Managing project intake and initiation procedures
- Gathering and organizing project-related documentation
- Scheduling resources across all project phases
- Liaising with all relevant stakeholders
- Planning, preparing, and leading project status meetings with stakeholders
- Tracking and reporting on project progress and milestones
- Comparing budgeted hours against actual time spent per project and phase
- Handling scope changes, additional work requests, and billing for out-of-scope activities
- Monitoring project team time entries for timeliness, accuracy, and completeness
- Providing support to vCIOs as needed
- Maintaining oversight of the active project queue
