Responsibilities
- Oversees full lifecycle project management for software or system development initiatives.
- Applies understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies in managing projects.
- Leads comprehensive project management for one or several large-scale initiatives, either independently or as part of a team, ensuring delivery within set timelines and budgets.
- Establishes project goals and defines scope, aligns team activities, and secures necessary resources.
- Creates comprehensive project documentation including work plans, timelines, cost estimates, resource allocations, and progress updates; leads project meetings and monitors performance metrics.
- Enforces compliance with quality benchmarks and evaluates project outputs for accuracy and completeness.
- Offers technical and analytical support to team members; identifies issues and drives resolution strategies.
- Maintains clear communication with both internal stakeholders and external clients.
