Responsibilities
- Oversee a single phase of major projects or several mid-sized initiatives valued between $500,000 and $20 million.
- Lead end-to-end project delivery with full accountability for scope, timeline, budget, and safety from proposal to final closeout.
- Coordinate closely with engineering, procurement, field teams, and external partners to ensure on-time and on-budget project completion.
- Track project performance, identify risks, project financial and scheduling impacts, and maintain adherence to contractual and regulatory requirements.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships across all project stages.
- Promote a proactive safety culture, encourage responsibility at all levels, and support ongoing operational improvements.
