Responsibilities
- Overseeing full project lifecycles, including design, procurement, on-site execution, and commissioning
- Working closely with project management colleagues to ensure successful delivery of capital projects
- Serving as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their goals are clearly understood and met
- Supporting project management assignments and taking full responsibility for project outcomes
- Planning, leading, and overseeing tasks for medium-scale projects with moderate risk, complexity, and budget
- Contributing to the operational effectiveness and ongoing development of the project management team in Belfast
- Showing recent experience managing projects across all RIBA Stages from 0 to 7
- Handling administration and management of NEC ECC contracts
