We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team. You will work on projects designed to drive predictive and autonomous operations, streamline maintenance processes, and create smarter, more sustainable spaces. This role is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of sustainability and performance management projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, resources, and budgets, in collaboration with stakeholders and team members.
Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively to tasks and activities, ensuring optimal utilization and productivity throughout the project.
Stakeholder Communication: Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress, address concerns, and solicit feedback to ensure alignment with expectations.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on project timelines and outcomes.
Quality Assurance: Monitor project deliverables and outcomes to ensure they meet quality standards and adhere to project requirements.
Change Management: Proactively manage changes to project scope, schedule, and budget, and assess their potential impact on project objectives.
Issue Resolution: Identify and address issues and conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle, implementing solutions to keep the project on track.
Team Leadership: Provide leadership, guidance, and support to project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including meeting minutes, progress reports, and budget updates, and provide regular status reports to stakeholders.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and best practices adoption, leveraging lessons learned from past projects to enhance future project outcomes.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years experience in Project Management.
Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, or a related field
Fully fluent in English and Thai
Proven experience as a project manager, managing complex projects from initiation to completion.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
Proficiency in project management software and tools (MS Project, JIRA, Confluence).
PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
This role is open to Thai citizens only.
Additional Requirements:
Ability to travel as needed.
Working experience in Building Facility Management is a plus.
Flexibility to work extended hours when required to meet project deadlines.
