Responsibilities
- Work closely with team members to establish project requirements and objectives.
- Support negotiations with third-party vendors during contract development.
- Help secure necessary permits and regulatory approvals from authorities.
- Plan and allocate resources such as personnel, tools, and materials throughout project lifecycle within budget limits.
- Assist in operational planning and scheduling of project stages to meet deadlines.
- Supervise team members and assign tasks based on project needs.
- Lead project execution and manage communication between clients and contractors.
- Track project milestones and deliver comprehensive progress updates.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and report any violations.
