The Project Manager is responsible for managing defined projects or workstreams, ensuring clear planning, coordination and delivery across teams and stakeholders. This role is offered as a 12-month contract position on a contractor basis. This role focuses on: - Maintaining clear project plans and timelines. - Driving alignment and coordination across functions. - Managing risks, dependencies and governance. - Providing visibility on progress, decisions and next steps. Key Responsibilities Project Planning, Delivery & Control - Own and maintain clear project plans, milestones, scope and timelines. - Track progress and ensure plans remain realistic and actionable. - Monitor delivery health, manage risks, dependencies and changes. - Support impact assessment and maintain control over scope and priorities. Cross-Functional Coordination & Execution - Coordinate across Product, Engineering, Delivery and other stakeholders. - Identify dependencies, resolve blockers and drive actions to completion. - Ensure alignment across teams and maintain delivery momentum. Mobilisation, Governance & Reporting - Support shaping and structuring work before execution. - Run governance, maintain RAID logs and ensure follow-through on actions. - Provide clear reporting on status, risks, decisions and next steps. Stakeholder Management & Communication - Build strong relationships across teams and functions. - Facilitate meetings, workshops and planning sessions. - Communicate clearly and support informed decision-making.
