Responsibilities
- Develop and manage detailed project schedules, including scope, key milestones, and deadlines.
- Monitor project advancement and adjust plans to maintain feasibility and actionability.
- Evaluate project performance, identify risks, and manage dependencies and changes.
- Assist in evaluating the impact of changes and help maintain focus on scope and priorities.
- Liaise between Product, Engineering, Delivery, and other stakeholder groups.
- Recognize interdependencies, remove obstacles, and ensure tasks are completed.
- Promote team alignment and sustain progress toward delivery goals.
- Help define and organize work prior to project initiation.
- Lead governance meetings, manage risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies (RAID), and track action items.
- Deliver transparent updates on project status, risks, decisions, and upcoming actions.
- Cultivate effective working relationships across departments and functions.
- Organize and lead meetings, planning sessions, and collaborative workshops.
- Ensure clear, consistent communication to support timely and informed decisions.
