Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring design projects from initiation to completion
- Monitor project timelines and ensure deliverables are achieved on schedule
- Oversee project expenditures, budgets, and cash flow to maintain financial control
- Evaluate deviations in project costs and take corrective measures to prevent budget overruns
- Liaise between design teams and clients to ensure seamless project delivery
- Handle invoicing, certification processes, and track payment collections
- Support contract management, including change orders and claims processing
- Generate management information system reports, progress summaries, and performance dashboards
- Identify potential project risks and assist in developing risk mitigation strategies
- Ensure adherence to contractual obligations, quality standards, and safety regulations
- Collaborate with internal finance departments to complete financial tasks promptly
- Administer bank guarantees and manage insurance-related project requirements
- Produce periodic business unit reports for senior leadership, including monthly, quarterly, and annual presentations
