Navantia UK is hiring a Project Management Intern - Change Management Tracker and Change Handbook Development

Responsibilities

• Review existing internal systems and map the current end-to-end change process.
• Identify gaps, inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop a change management tracker that captures stakeholders, deadlines, status updates, next action owners and automated overdue alerts.
• Produce a weekly reporting format for the tracker.
• Draft a clear, practical change handbook outlining the full lifecycle of the change process.
• Create internal guidance and governance materials.
• Deliver a short training session demonstrating how to use the tracker and handbook.

Requirements

• 1st or 2nd year undergraduate students (Business, Business Management, Project Management or related disciplines)
• organised

• confident using IT tools such as Excel, Word and Outlook
