Responsibilities
- Lead project execution and strengthen internal cross-functional collaboration.
- Act as the primary operational lead for a key account team, working closely with account leads and senior leaders to maintain alignment, trust, and progress.
- Manage full lifecycle delivery of intricate, multi-channel initiatives spanning strategy, creative, digital, medical, and experiential domains.
- Oversee resource planning, capacity forecasting, and financial tracking for projects; identify risks early and develop proactive solutions.
- Contribute to project scoping, optimize team workload distribution, and monitor budget utilization to support the financial performance of the account team.
- Develop and improve project management standards, workflows, and tools to ensure consistent operations and continuous process enhancement in line with organizational values.
- Convert project scopes, briefs, and deliverable requirements into clear action plans for creative and production teams, managing outcomes from initiation to completion.
- Coordinate internal communications within the team, leading status updates, task routing, and follow-through across all initiatives.
- Support preparation for regulatory review submissions in collaboration with account and medical teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and clean deliverables.
- Ensure all outputs meet accuracy, timing, scope, quality, technical, and regulatory requirements.
- Promote a team environment rooted in accountability, teamwork, and ongoing improvement.
