Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in the automotive industry
- Experience in project-based, test, validation, or systems roles
- Prior experience coordinating or leading engineers or small technical teams
- Strong communication skills and a structured, ownership-driven mindset
- Technical background in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Existing working permission for US, California
Nice to Have
- Experience working with BMW or BMW-affiliated projects
- Familiarity with BMW flashing processes or validation workflows
- Hands-on experience with HIL systems or automotive test benches
- Background in connected vehicle, infotainment, or digital key domains

- Competitive base salary: $155,000 – $185,000, depending on experience
