We're looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative Project Engineer, Electrical to join our dynamic team in Bangkok, Thailand. In this role, you will take ownership of electrical engineering projects from conception through completion, ensuring exceptional quality, adherence to safety standards, and timely delivery. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize electrical systems for building and infrastructure projects while maintaining transparency and driving innovation throughout the project lifecycle. - Lead and coordinate electrical engineering projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements, industry standards, and local Thai electrical codes and regulations - Develop, review, and optimize electrical system designs, calculations, and specifications for building and infrastructure projects - Collaborate effectively with architects, mechanical engineers, construction managers, and other stakeholders to integrate electrical systems into comprehensive project designs - Perform detailed engineering calculations and analysis to enhance electrical system performance, efficiency, and reliability - Prepare, review, and maintain technical documentation including drawings, specifications, reports, and authority submissions - Ensure full compliance with local codes, regulations, safety standards, and authority requirements throughout all project phases - Conduct regular site visits to assess existing conditions, monitor installation progress, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide on-site support - Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources while maintaining organized documentation and transparent communication with all stakeholders - Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success and stakeholder satisfaction - Support team members and mentor junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment
