Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of Account Managers and Account Executives
- Oversee the allocation and management of ticketing resources across event projects
- Manage and approve global communications distributed to client markets
- Serve as the escalation point for team issues requiring client resolution
- Lead financial reconciliation for both clients' UEFA Finals Guest Programmes
- Plan and execute guest programmes for the UEFA Europa League Final and UEFA Conference League Final
- Act as the primary liaison between clients, agencies, venue partners, and the destination management company
- Collaborate closely with project workstream leads and core event teams to ensure seamless guest experience delivery
- Support team members in meeting deadlines, submissions, and creative approvals
- Develop and maintain essential project documentation including project plans, security protocols, operations schedules, and budgets
- Take full responsibility for guest programme budget management, client reporting, and supplier payments
- Coordinate with Market Communications and Finance teams to ensure accurate cost tracking and billing
- Plan and attend venue inspections and client meetings as needed
- Develop client presentations and prepare necessary documentation
- Produce staff briefing materials and event operation manuals
- Work with internal teams to coordinate onsite staffing logistics such as travel, accommodation, and allowances
- Be physically present onsite for approximately 11 days to supervise guest programme delivery
- Provide onsite leadership and support to the team throughout all event phases
- Manage client relationships onsite, including participation in daily client meetings
- Serve as the escalation contact for internal teams, clients, agencies, and health and safety units
- Deliver post-event reports to inform future programme improvements
- Contribute to internal process reviews and suggest enhancements for upcoming events
- Take full accountability for reconciling programme budgets, including costs and revenue

Team of 4 members; reports to Head of Major Events; directly manages 3 staff including Account Managers and Account Executives
