About the Role
This role owns the full delivery lifecycle of customer implementations, ensuring clarity in timelines, actions, and outcomes while coordinating cross-functional teams and building repeatable processes for scalable success.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple end-to-end implementations simultaneously, maintaining clear visibility into schedules, tasks, and results.
- Develop and lead practical 60–90 day rollout plans from initiation to launch and initial adoption, with defined milestones and measurable outcomes.
- Align internal and external stakeholders, including clinical, operations, IT, governance, medical, product, engineering, and commercial teams, ensuring shared understanding of progress and expectations.
- Establish a consistent project cadence with regular check-ins, steering committee updates when necessary, clear status reporting, and dependency management.
- Proactively identify potential risks, resolve issues swiftly, and escalate appropriately to maintain customer confidence and project momentum.
- Ensure successful post-launch adoption by coordinating training, communications, and support efforts, including on-site collaboration with medical operations and tracking engagement metrics.
- Capture insights from each implementation to build standardized resources such as templates, checklists, rollout kits, and best practices for scalable delivery.

- Occasional trips to Stockholm are part of the role.
