Responsibilities
- Manage project documentation, including control of drawings and organization of project files.
- Support the customer quoting process to ensure accurate fulfillment of client needs.
- Monitor and report on document and drawing control to maintain contract compliance.
- Assist the Project Engineer in overseeing project-related tasks and equipment coordination.
- Track document status and communicate updates to Project Engineers regularly.
- Develop project schedules as required by project demands.
- Issue shop release documents and shipping lists to support manufacturing operations.
- Handle the exchange of documents between internal teams and external clients.
- Coordinate project closeout activities, including preparation of final deliverables.
- Produce project-related documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Project.
- Compile data books and operational manuals specific to assigned projects.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as shipping, receiving, meeting coordination, copying, and record organization.
- Generate various reports to support project tracking and completion.

- Issues shop releases and shipping lists to the shop for production purposes.
- Responsible for the transmittal of various documents to and from customers.
- Coordinates the wrap of projects; prepare final documents/drawings to deliver to client.
- Creates various project documents using Word, Microsoft Project, and Excel.
- Creates data books and manuals for each project within his/her department.
- Performs administrative duties such as shipping and receiving, coordinating meetings, filing, organizing, and making copies when needed.
- Produces a variety of reports as deemed necessary.
