Responsibilities
- Deliver impartial analysis and informed decision-making using established methodologies to assess project performance from initiation through completion, including realistic projections of schedule closure and final expenditures.
- Demonstrate expertise in defining work breakdown structures, setting control tiers, planning and scheduling, cost evaluation, forecasting, progress tracking, earned value measurement, risk assessment, and change management.
- Collaborate with project and program managers to gather and validate data for cost and schedule performance reporting.
- Evaluate baseline and updated schedules, conduct time impact assessments, suggest negotiation approaches, identify performance enhancements, and interpret earned value metrics.
- Generate, examine, and evaluate construction cost estimates and critical path method (CPM) scheduling data.
- Prepare cost estimates for pre-construction and construction phases.
- Lead and contribute to contract, financial, and schedule-related negotiations.
- Gather and assess data to monitor actual project expenditures.
- Conduct risk evaluations, including stakeholder interviews, risk register development, and quantitative analysis of cost and schedule uncertainty.
- Design performance dashboards to report cost and schedule outcomes for individual projects and broader programs.
- Track and review key performance indicators (KPIs) to support project health assessments.
- Develop and refine processes and workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
- Implement and manage project management information systems such as Oracle Unifier, E-Builder, Kahua, and Procure.
