Responsibilities
- Support multiple Project Managers simultaneously on projects spanning design and construction phases.
- Create, execute, and sustain internal and external cost reporting, cash flow statements, and financial forecasts.
- Deliver timely and precise updates to cost tracking and future financial projections.
- Conduct quality assurance reviews on all project controls outputs.
- Reconcile project schedules with financial records to verify consistency with established timelines.
- Combine schedule and project data in Excel using advanced functions such as formulas, pivot tables, macros, and related tools.
- Evaluate project controls reports, communicate insights, and advise leadership on recommended actions.
- Monitor project budgets in relation to issued Purchase Orders and subcontracts.
- Examine change orders on both prime contracts and downstream agreements for correctness and alignment.
- Consolidate and manage project data across several programs.
- Act as the primary technical contact for APMs, PMs, Lead Engineers, and Construction personnel.
- Assist in enhancing project controls methodologies and improving reporting standards.
- Carry out additional responsibilities as needed to support program execution.
