Job Summary We are seeking a highly experienced Project Control Manager with a proven track record in semiconductor facility construction and cleanroom environments. The ideal candidate will bring 20+ years of expertise in project controls, cost management, scheduling, and risk analysis for large-scale industrial and high-tech projects, with a strong focus on semiconductor manufacturing facilities. This role requires strategic oversight of project control systems, ensuring compliance with contractual and financial requirements, and delivering actionable insights to support successful project execution. Responsibilities: Project Control & Planning: - Develop and implement project control plans, including cost, schedule, and risk management. - Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with baseline schedules and budgets for semiconductor facility projects. Cost Management: - Prepare cost estimates, forecasts, and variance analysis reports. - Ensure compliance with financial controls and contractual obligations. Scheduling: - Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera or MS Project. - Coordinate with stakeholders to update schedules and resolve delays. Risk & Change Management: - Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies. - Manage change orders and ensure proper documentation and approvals. Reporting & Documentation: - Prepare monthly progress reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management. - Maintain accurate records of project control activities and audits.
