Responsibilities
- Establish and execute project control frameworks aligned with company policies, client expectations, and contract terms, including developing standardized templates, procedures, and monitoring tools.
- Track and communicate project performance using key metrics such as Schedule Performance Index (SPI) and Cost Performance Index (CPI), identifying variances from baseline plans and producing routine progress, cost, and risk updates.
- Conduct risk evaluations and manage the project risk register by detecting potential threats, assessing their impact, and collaborating with teams to define mitigation and contingency strategies.
- Gather and interpret project data across cost, timeline, scope, and resource domains to generate accurate forecasts and inform strategic decisions.
- Produce and deliver project status reports and executive briefings customized for various internal and external audiences, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and timeliness in communication.
- Support planning efforts by reviewing and updating schedules, monitoring milestones, managing critical paths, and coordinating with technical leads to ensure optimal resource allocation.
- Lead and coordinate project meetings including progress reviews, planning sessions, and risk assessments, while maintaining comprehensive records such as minutes, change logs, and action trackers.
- Manage the change control process by logging change requests, evaluating impacts, securing approvals, and integrating approved changes into project documentation.
- Assist the Project Manager in engaging stakeholders, ensuring consistent and timely information flow between internal departments, clients, and external contractors.
- Undertake additional project control and coordination responsibilities as directed by the Project Manager or authorized representatives, in accordance with project needs.
