Responsibilities
- Create technical drawings using CAD and develop MEP systems within BIM Revit models
- Meet project deadlines as directed by the Project Manager or CAD/BIM Manager
- Ensure high-quality output in all modeling and drafting deliverables
- Develop and maintain 3D BIM models to support CSD/SEM model creation for client submissions
- Generate accurate 2D drawings from BIM models, following established drafting standards and meeting submission timelines
- Keep organized records of all exchanged models, drawings, clash reports, RFIs, and BIM registers per ISO procedures
- Conduct routine drawing backups and maintain clean digital file structures
- Attend CSD coordination meetings, identify coordination issues, and distribute action items
- Track resolution of CSD/SEM issues and ensure timely BIM model updates
- Assist in preparing BIM-based presentations for internal and client-facing meetings
- Follow guidance from the BIM Manager and complete assigned modeling and coordination tasks
- Provide regular progress updates to the Project Manager on modeling deliverables

- Prepare and update 3D BIM models for development of CSD/SEM models for submissions
- Participate in the production of 2D drawings from BIM models with accuracy ensuring drawings produced are according to the Office or the Client’s Drafting Standards and Procedures, and the drawing submission schedule is achieved
- Maintain proper records of all issued & received models/drawings, Clash Reports, RFIs, BIM Register in accordance with the company’s ISO Standards and Procedures and ensure all the drawings are completed on schedule or in a timely manner
- Perform regular drawing backups and housekeeping work in the directory
- Participate the CSD coordination meetings with engineers and designers. Define all the CSD/SEM issues, prepare and distribute the issues accordingly. Follow up with the project team on CSD and BIM model update
- Support Project Team for Presentations with BIM-Model and related activities
- Work under the supervision of BIM Manager and perform work task assigned
- Report regularly to the Project Manager on the progress of assigned project works
