Responsibilities
- Manage the timely onboarding and offboarding of engineers in project and resource systems, ensuring all documentation and records are completed promptly.
- Act as the primary contact for resolving access issues with project management platforms, providing fast support to users.
- Keep engineer profiles and certifications up to date by incorporating input from engineering managers and tracking credential validity.
- Verify weekly timecards for accuracy, ensuring project and internal activities comply with company policies.
- Gather and prepare data for operational and project-related reporting, both internal and external.
- Work with Sales and Finance to oversee the full lifecycle of Statements of Work, ensuring contracts are properly recorded, tracked, and aligned with project terms.
- Serve as the main administrative contact for external contractors, managing their integration, onboarding, and contract timelines.
- Ensure project budgets and schedules are synchronized and consistent with approved plans and milestones.
- Compile and validate data for monthly financial and project performance reports, ensuring on-time delivery and follow-up with stakeholders.
