Responsibilities
- Creates, codes, tests, implements, documents, and maintains computing applications.
- Engages directly with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and convert complex user needs into clear technical requirements and actionable system designs.
- Generates secure, compatible code and database structures by converting architectural requirements and security needs into high-performing technical solutions.
- Modifies or upgrades applications to sustain software functionality.
- Identifies and resolves programming or application architecture issues.
- Evaluates system performance and identifies and recommends improvements.
