Responsibilities
- Provide play-based, evidence-supported Applied Behavior Analysis therapy to help children with autism reach developmental and behavioral goals in various settings.
- Guide and develop Behavior Therapists and caregivers through observation, constructive feedback, and hands-on modeling to ensure consistent and effective treatment delivery.
- Work alongside a BCBA to conduct assessments, design individualized treatment plans, set client goals, and produce or update program resources and records.

Compensation
$25.00/hour for direct therapy, $30.00/hour for supervision duties

- Direct therapy is compensated at $25.00 per hour.
- Supervisory responsibilities are paid at $30.00 per hour.
- Program Supervisors will spend half of their time on supervision tasks.
- Full-time availability is required, Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 7 p.m.
- Candidates must be available during weekday afternoons, specifically from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.
- A reliable vehicle, valid in-state driver’s license, and current auto insurance are mandatory.
- Applicants must be willing to travel up to 45 minutes between assignment locations, with drive time compensated.
- Basic digital literacy is required, including tablet use and navigating online systems.
- A smartphone is required for job functions.
- Successful passage of DOJ/FBI background checks, including fingerprinting, and TB testing (if applicable) is required.
- The role requires prolonged standing, walking, bending, kneeling, crouching, and reaching.
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds is necessary.
- Clear verbal communication and active participation in physical and play-based therapy sessions are essential.
