Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison with Ministry of Health officials, regional health offices, and global partners on a daily basis.
- Handle scheduling, prepare correspondence and briefing materials, document meeting discussions, and track action items to ensure timely execution.
- Support regular data gathering, input, validation, and basic visualization for use in dashboards, analytics, and performance reporting.
- Assist in monitoring immunization services at the field level, focusing on coverage, quality, and equitable access, including through digital immunization platforms.
- Provide logistical and operational support for research on electronic immunization systems, including field data collection and preliminary data processing.
- Help prepare ethics submissions and study protocols, and maintain accurate, current records of research activities.
- Develop program inputs, presentation materials, and concise briefs for internal reviews, planning sessions, and partner updates.
- Convert key findings into clear meeting summaries and reports in both Lao and English.
- Organize logistics, develop materials, and support in-person training and supervision sessions for national and local health teams.
- Keep program documentation well-organized and promptly identify any operational, logistical, or data-related challenges.
- Perform additional duties as needed to adapt to changing priorities within the vaccines program.

Works within the Vaccines Program in Lao PDR, collaborating closely with Ministry of Health officials, regional health offices, and international partners; reports to Senior Associate.

- Frequent, clear, and reliable communication with Ministry of Health teams and international collaborators is essential.
- Position is based in Lao PDR and provides support at both national and sub-national levels.
