Responsibilities
- Deploy and test an open electronic Logistics Management Information System across a chosen set of health centers in a phased and structured manner.
- Train health workers and relevant Ministry of Health and Medical Supplies and Pharmaceutical Corporation staff on integrated supply management, stock recording, and reporting.
- Conduct a rigorous impact evaluation comparing the open eLMIS against existing Excel-based systems to assess stock availability and medicine wastage.
