Responsibilities
- Manage multiple mobile network operator integrations simultaneously, guiding each from commercial agreement through to live service launch, with stages including IR.21/RAEX exchange, IREG/TADIG testing, IPX connectivity, and commercial activation.
- Maintain a centralized, real-time dashboard tracking all active partners, their current phase, key blockers, responsible owners, and projected launch timelines.
- Organize and lead structured program meetings, including weekly partner syncs, portfolio reviews, and monthly executive updates, ensuring appropriate stakeholder attendance.
- Continuously refine the master onboarding playbook with RACI-defined roles, incorporating lessons from each launch to improve future execution.
- Act as the primary liaison between partner MNO teams and internal departments, bridging roaming, technical, and commercial domains across Network Integration, Core, Product, Legal, and Commercial functions.
- Convert partner requirements into actionable Jira epics and tickets, monitor engineering progress, follow up on deliverables, and escalate risks proactively.
- Coordinate timing for cutover and maintenance windows, including BGP and signaling route changes, across IPX providers and partner networks in multiple time zones.
- Oversee GSMA data submissions, ensuring accurate and timely IR.21 documents, RAEX uploads, TADIG codes, and PLMN allocations.
- Lead IREG and TADIG test campaigns by managing schedules, defining exit criteria, and aligning partners, while test teams handle execution.
- Manage IPX interconnection setup, including order processing, technical specs, routing decisions, and SLA validation, with engineering handling configuration.
- Ensure billing readiness by coordinating first-TAP exchange, NRTRDE data flow, and rate card confirmation with billing operations.
- Maintain a dynamic risk register identifying cross-partner dependencies such as shared engineering resources or IPX windows to inform leadership sequencing decisions.
- Conduct post-launch retrospectives for each partner, documenting successes and delays, and feed insights into process improvements and automation planning.
- Identify recurring systemic issues such as engineering bottlenecks or unclear handoffs, and drive structural solutions beyond individual launch fixes.
